В силу того, что DIR-615 рвал через некоторое время соединение (через час-два), решил прошить сначала родной прошивкой, что удалось, а затем уже левой. При прошивке левой прошивкой произошел какой-то глюк и ничего не прошилось толком.
Пробовал

1. Отключить роутер, выдернув из него все кабели (и питания и LAN).
2. Прописать в настройках сетевого подключения в компьютере статический IP-адрес 192.168.0.2, маска 255.255.255.0, шлюз 192.168.0.1, ДНС 192.168.0.1
3. Соединить компьютер и роутер через порт WAN на роутере.
4. Нажать и держать Reset на роутере.
5. Включить роутер (воткнуть питание).
6. Подождать секунд 5.
7. Отпустить Reset.
8. Зайти через браузер по адресу 192.168.0.1
9. На открывшейся страничке нажать Обзор и выбрать оригинальный файл прошивки для роутера. (ссылку на оригинальную прошивку Dir-615 revD2 выложу в конце поста).
10. Нажать Upload и следовать инструкциям.

Сначала делаем настройки на ПК которые описаны выше 192.168.0.2 и т.д., DNS тут не причем. Если хотите кабели можете отключить, за исключением питания и кабеля идущего в ваш ПК.
В 1 пункте ошибка.
При включеном роутере нажать кнопку ресет сек.10. Потом выключить роутер, держа кнопку ресет через 10сек. включить роутер. Не знаю как на счет WAN порта, но наверное все таки LAN-ПК. И в броузере набрать IP адрес 192.168.0.1.
Для справки после прошивки в dd-wrt данные устройства имеют IP адреса 192.168.1.1 следовательно на ПК надо было менять.
Проделав это — появляется надписи с любой версией прошивки:
Firmware Upgrade
Incorrect hardware ID image, Please check !

Приготовление:
1) Выключить питание устройства, выткнуть все провода из роутера.
2)(Сначало этот пункт пункт пропустить, если без него роутер не оживёт, тогда всё повторить заново , но с этим пунктом) Нажать кнопку RESET и удерживая её 10сек включить питание устройства (диоды М1 и М2станут очень быстро мигать)
3) Включить роутер.
4) Взять сетевой кабель (витую пару), подключить один хвост в любой из LAN портов устройства, другой к сетевому адаптеру Вашего ПК
5) В Windows для протокола TCP/IP назначить адаптеру адрес 192.168.0.2 с сетевой маской 255.255.255.0 (в случае, если уроутера был адрес 192.168.0.1)
6) Запустить cmd.exe (командная строка)
7) Проверить, что есть связь с устройством, выполнив команду :
ping 192.168.0.1
Должно появится нечто похожее на:
Pinging 192.168.0.1 with 32 bytes of data:
Reply from 192.168.0.1: bytes=32 time=2ms TTL=100
Ping statistics for 192.168.0.1:
Packets: Sent = 1, Received = 1, Lost = 0 (0% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
Minimum = 2ms, Maximum = 2ms, Average = 2ms
Control-C

Жмём Control-C, когда надоест
Обращаем внимание на TTL=100 — это отвечает встроенный загрузчик.
8 ) Восстанавливаем прошивку (прошивка.BIN -нужно заменить на имя файла с прошивкой) (прошивку скопировать в папку, путь к которой указан в командной строке) (вбиваем в командную строку):
tftp -i 192.168.0.1 put прошивка.BIN
(.BIN , это окончание должно меняться на то, которое у вас в названии прошивки, так как для разных моделей роутеров , это окончание разное)
Ждём несколько секунд, вываливается надпись типа:
Transfer successful: 3706880 bytes in 7 seconds, 529554 bytes/s
9) Ждём не меньше 10-ти минут, пока прошивка не запрограммируется.
Выключаем, включаем питание.
если роутер ожил, радуемся что в сервис не придётся его тащить)))
Замечание: Владельцам ПК с Windows Vista: умельцы в майкрософте опять удивили: tftp клиент (ровно как и telnet) может отсутствовать при начальной установке. Его нужно доустановить, посетив Панель управления и выбрав «Программы и . «.
Роутер пингуется — отвечает на посылки, но не шьется((

No, I am not access the 192.168.0.1. But I am able to access the 192.168.1.1 address only.
The 192.168.1.1 address is the address of the Dlink DIR router?

I just do the normal one
— Turn the router on
— Press the RESET button and continue to hold it
— Wait 30 seconds
— Unplug the power and continue to press the reset (do not let go)
— Wait 30 seconds
— Plug the power back into the router and continue to press the reset (do not let go)
— Wait 30 seconds
So the whole time, you will be pressing the reset button for 120 seconds straight

I upload the.BIN file within the Zip file

I have a couple questions.Your router is connected via cable ?
Can you try downloading and installing the firmware dated 03/04/2010 instead and see if that can install? You need to reset the defaults first,and then try the firmware update.
From D-Link’s Knowledge base :
Cannot access configuration after firmware upgrade
If you are having problems accessing the configuration of the Router after performing a Firmware upgrade the Router should be reset back to factory default settings.
The following reset procedure will completely restore the default settings on the router including your password.
Step 1 Locate the reset pinhole on the back of the unit.
Step 2 With the router powered on, press and hold the Reset button.
Step 3 Hold the Reset button for about 10 seconds.
Step 4 Release the Reset button.
Step 5 The device is now at factory defaults.
Try those steps,and then see if you can update the firmware afterward.
