Большой моноблочный компьютер HP Envy Curved All-in-One появился в октябре 2015 года, а в этом году состоялась премьера второго поколения устройства. Новинка перешла на процессоры Intel Kaby Lake и серьезно преобразилась внешне.
HP Envy Curved AIO 34 образца 2017 года больше похож на телевизор, чем на настольный компьютер. Сходство с ТВ придает и подставка, которая является саундбаром с четырьмя громкоговорителями, настроенными специалистами Bang & Olufsen. Что ж, сразу становится понятно, какие цели призван решать моноблок и на какую аудиторию рассчитан.
HP Envy Curved AIO 34 построен на платформе Intel и оснащен четырехъядерным процессором i7-7700T (2,9-3,8 ГГц), 16 ГБ оперативной памяти DDR4-2133 МГц, HDD объемом 1 ТБ с интерфейсом SATA и SSD M.2 объемом 256 ГБ с интерфейсом PCIe, видеокартой AMD Radeon RX 460 с 4 ГБ памяти GDDR5.
Моноблок также наделен адаптерами Gigabit Ethernet, Wi-Fi 802.11ac и Bluetooth 4.2, входом и выходом HDMI, четырьмя портами USB 3.0 Type-A и одним USB 3.1 Type-C. Изогнутый дисплей диагональю 34 дюйма и разрешением 3440 x 1440 пикселей отмечен сертификатом Technicolor Color Certified.
Не обошлось в новом HP Envy Curved AIO 34 и без интересных особенностей. Так, моноблок оснащен беспроводной зарядкой для планшетов и смартфонов (она встроена в основание), ИК-камерой для авторизации в системе при помощи функции Windows Hello, обычной камерой разрешением HD, выдвигающейся из корпуса только в случае видеозаписи или захвате видео, инициализированным самим пользователем.
Моноблок можно будет заказать на официальном сайте HP в США уже 11 января, а в розничной продаже он появится начиная с 26 февраля. Стоимость новинки стартует с отметки $1730.

This review of the HP 34″ Envy Curved All-in-One is sponsored by HP but all my opinions are 100% my own just like all my other reviews.
If you’re watching then you’re either generally intrigued by this being the world’s widest curved all-in-one or you’re actually in the market for an all-in-one desktop. If you’re looking for the best alternative to an iMac, this may be your answer.
The first thing you’ll notice is the huge 34″ curved display. It’s an ultra-wide QHD LED-backlit micro-edge display with a screen resolution of 3440×1440 Watching movies and videos, especially ones that are shot in 21:9, is an immersive experience. The slight curve to the monitor along with the thin bezels, anti-glare matte finish and how wide the display is makes you feel like you’re a part of what you’re watching. I’m not a gamer, but playing games that don’t require an extremely powerful PC is a blast on this 34″ screen. On the other hand, I edit a lot of videos and that’s where the HP Envy Curved all-on-one shines. The amount of screen space I have when editing videos is so convenient. It’s a Technicolor Certified Display so the colors are vibrant and bright but still true to life. Since this is a larger display, it does not have as many pixels per inch as the Retina iMac so you are sacrificing pixel density for a larger screen, but the 34″ curved display is one of the best features about this computer. If you’re a multi-tasker like me who always has a YouTube video on while working and doing other things, you’ll love how much space this display has. Just make sure your desk will be able to fit it.
The HP Envy Curved All-in-One design really stood out to me. It’s impressive how elegant yet simple it is. The display is connected to the base by a sturdy aluminum stand which allows you to tilt the display forward and backwards but not left/right or up/down. A nice touch is the embedded 720p HD webcam that you can pop out by pressing down on, then press down to pop it back in to keep it hidden. It’s not 1080p full HD but it does have an infrared camera that’s great for signing onto Windows using facial recognition.
The base is where all the computing parts live as well as the sound bar. It has a quad-core 7th Gen Kabylake Core i7 processor with 16GB DDR4 RAM, AMD Radeon RX 460 with 4GB memory, and a 256GB solid state drive alongside a 1TB hard drive. It definitely has fast performance while still having ample storage space. It has built-in WiFi and Bluetooth and comes with Windows 10 pre-installed. Updating the BIOS/drivers will help reduce the fan noise when this computer is hard at work. With the old drivers the fans seem to make quite a bit of noise during intensive tasks like gaming and rendering HD videos. But with the fast bootup, quick app loading, managing multiple browser tabs with ease, the performance is snappy.
On the back there are four USB 3.0 ports, one HDMI out, one HDMI in, display mode switch, Ethernet port, power in, and security slot. On the right there is a headphones jack, memory card reader, and Thunderbolt 3 port. There’s a Qi wireless charging pad on the base if you have a compatible smartphone.
The built-in sound bar made by Bang & Olufsen (known for their high quality audio products) is made up of quad front-facing speakers with two passive radiators so if you position yourself in the middle you’ll get a brilliant sound experience. The speakers are rich and full but most of all they get super loud. A convenient bonus is the circular touch-dial on the base to quickly adjust the volume.
My biggest pet peeve is the hefty power adapter. I love the fact that with an all-in-one there is only one cable coming out of the back, but the power adapter is massive and not easily hidden.
The HP Envy Curved All-in-One comes with a wireless keyboard and wireless mouse. The mouse is powered by included AA batteries and despite the thin plastic top, it feels good and decently solid. The keyboard is rechargeable and can be charged via the included USB cable. It’s a condensed laptop-style keyboard so if you don’t need a full size keyboard, it does the job well.
If you want a well-designed Windows alternative to the iMac or a fast elegant all-in-one desktop for watching movies, listening to music, playing games, or doing productive work, the HP Envy Curved All-in-One is something to consider.

Чем интересна модель HP Envy Curved AIO 34? Экраном и ценой. Такое решение стоит $1730, покупая его вы сразу закрываете вопрос о приобретении крутого монитора, который отдельно может в теории стоить до $1500. А тут вам и огромный изогнутый экран, и прокачанный звук и технические характеристики достойные:

По виду этот моноблок больше напоминает изогнутый телевизор на подставке нежели компьютер. В продажу HP Envy Curved AIO 34 поступит в конце февраля. Так же предусмотрена версия попроще, с экраном 27 дюймов и более скромными характеристиками.
Так что подумайте, быть может вы собирались купить себе крутой монитор, а тут гляди, добавите немного и возьмете сразу моноблок в сборе.
