1 ★ camera never stays connected, after about 5 mins i have to restart it, needs a bug fix,worked fine before last update, ever since the free part of i cloud expired camera not staying connected. i figure its because i didnt purchase there i cloud app. will go on google to warn people to stay away from this camera, and this company!
1 ★ The last update is not allowing us to stay connected for longer than 20 min. Before this update I could watch and listen my baby through the entire night which was really comforting for me. I really want this feature back or I’m not recomending this device for friends anymore and not purchasing it anymore for future babies
3 ★ it is a good camera, until the new update. its not showing live and i have to keep pushing the play button every 5 minutes or so. they remove keep live play option in setting as well. .. if it goes back to how it was i would have given it 5 star..
1 ★ I previously gave this a 5 star review, but since an update a couple months ago which has ruined the sensitivity and made the camera useless, and support only going so far as to suggesting «reboot the device», Im going to give it 1 star. I now recieve notifications and recordings only when a car drives past the house, instead of when people walk past (like it used to). Is now completely worthless, and requiring to be pixel perfect when viewing events on the timeline is such bad UX too. Avoid.
1 ★ The cameras work ok but now I have an ad for the expired cloud service which blocks the view of one of the camers. I guess they think I will subscribe in order to see my third camera. They are wrong.
4 ★ if I can set the order of each camera at Home screen, I will give 5 stars. I have cameras at home and office. Now they are mixed up on the Home screen.
1 ★ Wouldn’t even give it 1 star. Worked absolutely fine before the last update now it constantly buffers and doesn’t stay on for more than 5mins. Not good enough specially when it’s a baby monitor..
1 ★ Feb 2019 update wrecked app. Can’t utilize this as a baby monitor any longer due to he auto pause. please fix this. Aside from disconnect issues, and recording to the SD card playback issues, works as a good baby monitor.
3 ★ Works pretty well, doesn’t crash. The night vision on the camera doesn’t turn on automatically even when set to Auto and there is no way to delete all the messages at one time, have to delete one by one.
1 ★ After the update, it stops when idle and keeps asking to tap the screen to wake it up. Removal that so I can monitor without having to touch the screen very often. FIX IT.
5 ★ its easy to use and food app. the website onpine view is a little delay so suggest using this app for more accurate viewing. however it delays a bit but still ok.
1 ★ Sucks. (a lot) tried to contact the developer because my camera has broken. I pay for a seven day cloud service but my new camera cannot connect with my payed service. Developer does not answer my messages.
3 ★ When i installed the app and connect the camera works great. When i installed the update, And watch the video dont stay good. After 2 min the app crash. please fix it.
1 ★ Since last update, idling and going to sleep which makes 24/7 viewing impossible. Why have they «fixed» something that didnt need fixing and is now broken? Please roll this particular «feature» back!! I’m trying to keep an eye on my poorly son. was fixed, but back again a few months later.
