БОНДОВЫЙ СКЛАД (bonded warehouse) — 1) склад общего пользования, па котором ввезенные товары хранятся под таможенным контролем, но без взимания таможенных пошлин, налога на добавленную стоимость и акцизов и без применения к товарам лицензирования и квотирования на период хранения. В России деятельность Б. с. регламентируется положением о таможенных складах, утвержденным 10 августа 1993 г. Гос. таможенным комитетом; 2) склад, где хранятся товары, на которые местные власти имеют залоговое право в обеспечение налоговых и иных платежей. (В США Б. с. этого типа называются internal revenue bonded warehouse.)
