The game crashes on the first screen when I clic to start the game
I have Windows 8.1 x64 and Arkham Asylum GOTY Edition
Don’t know what to do ..
(I already verified the game integrity via Steam and it sais OK)

There is a problem with steam savegames in the cloud.

Have 24 hrs of game time in. Got a glitch when going into the glass house, nothing worked and nothing in there and couldnt reload or get out. When I quit I searched for a fix, tried a few nothing worked — So uninstalled, redownoaded and reinstalled game — now get this message each time after loadup before picking savegame and it shuts down.
PLEASE help — dont know what else to try.

Kippd, never uninstall and reinstall unless you know from reference that doing so will fix a specific problem; more often than not it’s a waste of time. Instead patch and verify your game, which should be done with any Steam game immediately after installing and before playing:
