    Вопрос для знатоков может я что то делаю не так?

    Здравствуйте уважаемые форумчане! Подскажите, пожалуйста может я что-то не правильно делаю уже несколько лет играю в лотерею и все это время после проверки GreenCard пишет: Based on the information provided, the Entry HAS NOT BEEN SELECTED for further processing for the Electronic Diversity Visa program at this time.

    Это означает, что я не выиграл? Или при проверке неправильно что-то ввожу?
    Ниже приведенный пример как я заполнял GreenCard и проверка результатов. Может дело в заполнении лотереи? А то мой знакомый заплатил деньги ему заполнили и он за 2 года выиграл. Заранее спасибо!

    После заполнения и отправки заявки на участие в розыгрыше Визовой Лотереи DV-2014 (Green Card), вам был выдан специальный номер – «Confirmation Number». По этому номеру, начиная с 1 мая 2013 года, вы можете проверить свой выигрыш.

    Инструкция:
    На открывшейся странице нужно щелкнуть «Continue» (Продолжить). В серой рамочке говорится о том, что этот сайт работает только в браузере Internet Explorer 7 или выше. Это скорее рекомендация, чем непременное условие. Но лучше следовать этой рекомендации.

    Далее откроется форма для ввода своих данных:
    1. Confirmation Number – код, который вы получили после отправки своей заявки
    2. Last Name – фамилия (как ее написали в заявке, латинскими буквами)

    2) ПРОИГРАЛИ, если написано:

Please note that more entries may be selected on October 1, 2012 at noon (EDT), and we encourage you to keep your confirmation information to check again at that time to see if you have been selected.
